Reservations

Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit for your first week is required to secure a reservation.

Reservations can be made by post, enclosing a cheque or by internet bank transfer. Bank details will be supplied in the reply email to your booking request, along with a confirmation of total costs.

The balance of the full cost of the program must be received by Ignite Life Weight Loss Retreat 7 days after arrival if the client and management both agree that the client is suitable to participate in the program.

Medical

Please obtain a blood test report for cholesterol and triglycerides and an exercise clearance from your doctor before you commence.

We also recommend that you check with your doctor before coming to Ignite Life Weight Loss Retreat regarding exercise and special dietary needs that may affect any existing medical conditions.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, we ask for fourteen days notice.  Less than 14 days notice will result in a 50 per cent refund only.

Dress

We recommend you bring tracksuits (in colder months), swim wear and towel, casual wear plus suitable clothing and two pairs of joggers for outdoor activities also something nice to wear out.

Valuables and Liability

Although our retreat is in a very safe area, no responsibility can be accepted for the safety of money or valuables brought to Ignite Life Weight Loss Retreat. The management will not be liable in any circumstances whatsoever for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused to our clients, their property or belongings.

Health

No smoking, alcohol or non-prescription drugs are allowed on the premises. Anyone found breaking this rule during their stay will be sent home. This is a condition of your booking and no refund will apply.

Behaviour

While you are staying at Ignite Life Weight Loss Retreat we not only hope you have a wonderful time, but we also hope you will treat other guests and staff with respect and kindness. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your stay with us.
