This is just a broad overview of what a typical day looks like at Ignite Life Weight Loss Retreat.
- Morning walk 1hr
- Breakfast - eg: omlette , pancake , protein and berry shake
- Personal training session 1/2hr ( between breakfast and lunch is a snack eg. cheese, almonds fruit etc.)
- Lunch - eg: Tai chicken patties with baked pumkin and salad
- Relax
- Cardio session 1hr
- Snack – eg: sliced turkey, bri cheese and kiwi fruit.
- Dinner- eg: Pork loin chop with carrot mash and greens
- Time to relax again and get a great night’s sleep
